What do you like most?
Our resort has been using Revinate/Navis products since 2015 and have really enjoyed being able to utilize so many necessary features under one company umbrella. The many reporting tools to be able to make business decisions confidently such as hours of operation for our reservations team or what promotions are the best to market based upon historical results has been a big boost for our resort. To be able to capture guest data and to be able to communicate to our guests through Revinate/Navis systems has helped our resort operate at a high level. Utilizing RezLUX for after hours and overflow hours has been super helpful to combat any potential lost business. In fact during a few of our Forbes shops, RezLUX agents were the ones to answer the calls and were actually rated higher than any other department.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It's hard to even think of something that can be improved, so the only thing I could think of is since the merge between Revinate/Navis, we have noticed that Support requests have taken longer to get resolved especially when it comes to interface issues, so hopefully they can work on providing more Support resources to resolve the needs of clients faster. It also seems like lately they have had slower data processing on their servers when reservation data is sent via the PMS interface to them. Would be nice to get the reservation data processed faster on their end.
