What do you like most?
Hotbot great helps connect us to our guests via online web app which is working awesome. The Room Service ordering feature, languages, chat features are what make Hotbot an instrumental tool for guests. Guests love using the Hotbot and leave the hotel with best impressions. The web app has elegant and user friendly design. Also guests are guaranteed to not feel alienated and can feel more at ease in their requests, as they can easily change the language on the screen for the foreign guest. In addition to this, having the option to manage all of Room Service request through managing web app, we can ensure the guests have an enjoyable stay in and handle their requests quickly and qualitatively. Services for guests couldn’t be easier as with Hotbot tools. They have nice team whose responsiveness and competencies meets to high level as well.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly all of functions in Hotbot web apps are working perfect and so difficult to suppose what can be improved. Flexibility of business partnership is also good presented.
