What do you like most?
How user friendly and visual the software is. The fact that is has an app, and the fact that it can be linked with the e-mail.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We experience some delay in the interface that communicates the room status in opera and updates it in Hub OS, and that is risky for people without access to opera and also does not allow us to maximze the use of the tool, while making our housekeeping and inspection processes slower and more inefficient.
