Very practical tool, efficient technical support. Easy to understand and very intuitive, automation of distribution channels speeds up the necessary implementations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The experience with SiteMinder has been really good, probably an improvement they could implement would be to be able to change the cost of the additional person for different set periods, since so far the configuration is fixed.
