Excellent reputation management and customer response, as well as the ability to manage reviews and conduct surveys. Excellent support for questions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To better integrate with WhatsApp and at a fairer price for the market, I understand that Meta makes configuration difficult, but the price charged by ReviewPro is much higher than what we can get on WhatsApp itself.
