What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A relevant area for improvement would be to further expand the graphic customization capabilities of customer journeys. Current templates remain effective, but greater flexibility in formatting, visuals, and close alignment with brand identity would allow hoteliers to create a truly bespoke experience, perfectly aligned with their standards and positioning.
