What do you like most?
The 'Reporting inappropriate review' feature is incredibly useful and impressive. It’s so clear and user-friendly that I can navigate it with ease.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We noticed a discrepancy between the score visible to customers on the OTA website and the score reported for that same channel within Trust You. Please we ensure that our review scores on OTA channels are accurately reflected in Trust You.
