FPG is super easy to use and very user-friendly. I also like that it has a lot of training resources that help the team to better understand the program.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Making upsell allocations from "unknown users" a little bit easier as sometimes some users disappear and you have to manually allocate each upsell.
