What do you like most?
We love having an additional revenue stream for our teams. Several of our hotels use this platform, and it has been an excellent tool for guests—especially in today’s increasingly cashless world. Brendan has been fantastic to work with and is always incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Whenever support is needed, the team is always quick to assist. I honestly can’t think of any improvements at this time.
