What do you like most?
Concierge portal easy to use and very simple and clear. Signage screen in reception also very easy to use and helps a lot with communication with customer. Onboarding with both of these was extremely good and helpful. Also during the time, we have always get the best possible customer service quickly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I feel everything works fine. If you can improve the signage screen so that it would be possible to have some music / speaking out of it, it would be perfect!
