What do you like most?
I really like how easy SiteMinder is to use and how smoothly it connects with multiple OTAs. The interface is clear and intuitive, which helps save time when managing room availability and rates. It also reduces manual errors and makes daily operations much more efficient.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think SiteMinder could improve the system speed during peak usage times, as well as add more detailed and user-friendly reporting features to make data analysis easier and more accurate. Additionally, faster response times from customer support would help make daily operations run more smoothly.
