What do you like most?
I am able to message guest easily through sms messaging, get them checked in smoothly and signed up for rewards and provide service and support while using canary when needed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The double hold on their bank account that can sometimes happen to guest. Make it a little easier for the older guest to understand how to upload their id and credit card info.
