The flexibility and efficiency of the system. The easy to tailor make a package. It is easy to use and understand.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Improve on flexibility to add more online channel agents and addition of check out link for all clients booking through website so that they can review their experience. The system should allow adjustment of no shows instead of going through individual OTA.
