What do you like most?
It’s an excellent software for contactless check-ins and guest communications. Saves us a lot of time by not having to call guest, or leave voicemails. Also, helps us collect guest credentials in an efficient manner.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We need a mobile app for this software. So, staff can reply to guest queries from anywhere, and anytime. Right they keep having to monitor the web version 24/7. It’s little inconvenient. A mobile app would be the best upgrade.
