We highlight your great professionalism and attention, your commitment to our needs which makes our website functional, attractive, and adapted to the requirements of the hotel industry, thus helping us to have better visibility and positioning. Likewise, we rate you very positively since your good work is aimed at boosting direct bookings, which increase their volume each season, in addition to responding to and resolving any issues quickly and efficiently. We recommend your services for your excellent work, involvement, and the quality of the attention received. A professional and committed company that adds real value to our hotel's digital presence and with which it is very satisfying to collaborate.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When requesting information for a reservation with different price periods, the final result visible to the customer corresponds to the total of the stay. In our opinion, it should reflect the detail of the rate variation for each night.
