SiteMinder has been an excellent solution for managing our property distribution. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The Direct Booking feature works well overall, but I would like to see more detailed booking modification options. It would be helpful if users could make more comprehensive changes to reservations, such as updating room details, rates, guest information, and special requests more easily and flexibly.
