Snapfix has become an essential tool in the day-to-day running of our hotel, with the entire team using the app to stay on top of maintenance, operational tasks and general hotel standards. It is particularly valuable for preventative maintenance, helping us identify and address issues before they become bigger problems. The team behind Snapfix are also fantastic, continually innovating and making tweaks and improvements to enhance the app and respond to the needs of its users. It’s a brilliant, practical solution that has genuinely improved how we manage hotel operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area with exciting potential for further improvement is the continued development and integration of new features. The Snapfix team are continually adapting the app to meet the changing needs of the hotel industry. The new chat feature is a great addition, allowing us to keep work-related conversations within our own platform rather than relying on third-party messaging services. The new housekeeping integration also looks very promising, and we're looking forward to rolling out this AI-driven add-on. Continued development of these integrations, alongside further AI-driven tools, could make Snapfix an even more powerful and comprehensive hotel operations platform.
