What do you like most?
MARA is intuitive, easy to work with, has wonderful AI tools which are fully customizable, benchmark us against our chosen competitors and matches up reviews to rooms / apartments guests stayed in meaning our reporting is TOP! The dashboard is so easy to work with and the results after loading knowledge base for replies are excellent. We are able to follow up both from a CAPEX planning view to additional maintenance checks using one tool.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Am very happy. Could match own surveys to rooms automatically but in light of what is brings us this is a minor issue.
