What do you like most?
What I like most about ReviewPro is how it turns guest feedback into something genuinely actionable. Instead of having to monitor different platforms individually, we have a single place to see what our guests are saying across channels and understand the main trends affecting their experience. The reporting and benchmarking tools are particularly useful from a General Manager’s perspective because they allow us to identify areas for improvement, compare our performance over time, and share clear insights with the different departments. I also really value the simplicity and reliability of the platform. It saves the team a lot of time and helps us be much more proactive with guest feedback. The fact that ReviewPro has a Barcelona-based hospitality technology solution team is also a positive for us, as we appreciate having a strong understanding of the hotel market and its operational realities.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be making the platform even more intuitive and streamlined for daily operational use. ReviewPro provides a very broad range of information, filters, reports and functionalities, which is extremely valuable, but for a busy hotel team it can sometimes feel like there is more information than we need at a given moment. I would therefore love to see even more personalized, role-based dashboards and recommendations, where each department or manager immediately sees the few issues that require attention and the actions they should prioritize. ReviewPro already offers customizable dashboards, real-time reporting and automated case management, so taking this one step further toward a more concise, action-oriented experience would make an already very useful tool even more efficient.
