What do you like most?
I enjoyed how straight forward it was. It was great that you were able to take a photo of the issue to make it easier for maintenance to resolve the matter.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Only improvement would be allowing more of the description of the issue in the wording. The other thing would be good if you put in a Snapfix and then if it was not actioned to send a reminder to maintenance too.
