What do you like most?
We love working with Aro. Our account manager Susie is really great. She is proactive in sending us ideas over that she thinks we should look into which will benefit us. The support team are always available quickly too, they never leave an email unanswered.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes the back end of our website is a little confusing and I think it could be condensed slightly to make it more user-friendly
