What do you like most?
The personalized service and relationship based service that we receive as operators of independent boutique hotels. Jeff Low, and the Stash Rewards team provide white glove service that is unique and not cookie cutter. That makes the difference when you need to stand out in a sea of flagged hotels that have massive reach. It's not often that you feel you have a "true partner" in your business efforts when running a boutique hotel, but with Stash, it really feels like they are on the team. Whenever we have needed insight or some extra attention with launching a new project, we know we have them in our corner. We continue to grow our partnership with Stash with our portfolio and I highly recommend any serious hotelier of independent and boutique hotels to connect.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Continue to grow their network, strength in numbers is a real thing and the more we can band together as independents hotels the better.
