What do you like most?
The best thing is the online access, it is no longer necessary to install the software on each computer, it is accessible from any PC in the hotel, simply by clicking on the link.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The performance is a bit slow, and we often have complaints when making a reservation, making a charge, etc. It would be very interesting and important to fix this issue and make it faster.
