The platform is very intuitive and is a great tool to keep track of many aspects of the daily operation, plus the fact that we can keep track of all the intel we could gather is very handy
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great to have an option to add the amount of compensation given when applicable in order to close a ticket.
