What do you like most?
We engaged HiFive about a year ago to replace a competitor we had at our portfolio. Immediate, our Team members began to embrace the change and already we see so much more value in this including higher employee retention and satisfaction to go along with the ease of use from the customer and the team member facing side of things - A+ job guys!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing all good, we enjoy the service as is! I would not recommend any changes at this point! keep up the good work!
