What do you like most?
We love working with Net Affinity, they provide excellent customer support. Under their guidance, our website performs really well, conversion is strong and our guests have a great user experience. Net Affinity also take care of our Digital Marketing, PPC, SEO which continues to be successful, leveraging sales with low cost per acquisition.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reporting really needs improving, we used to get a lovely dailt snapshot/summary of stats which we lost with the new booking engine. Voucher bookings could be included in the daily stats also, we miss having this.
