What do you like most?
The ease of reaching out to guests that have showed in our property keeping us in the forefront of their minds. The automation with CartStack ensures that this will be done!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More consistency with notification of cart abandonments. That end of things seem to be done randomly. Overall, CartStack does a great job and I haven't found much need for improvement!
