Our native hotel PMS doesn't not have a native cart abandonment re-capture. Cart Stack is crushing it for us I will not be surprised when someone buys them. I love the feature where CartStack calculates the potential revenue recovery over the next 12-month window. Love that there is A/B testing and the ability to create a "flow " of emails

What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

RezRecover is a fantistic cart abandonment product that has helped our company fill a niche for our clients. Many of our clients were looking for a cart abandonment solution and were willing to wait for a booking engine to build one so that they could leverage a dual purpose in the booking engine. HMA offered a white-labeled version of RezRecover, and our clients couldn't be happier. We helped our clients recover over $2.5 million and 16,000% ROI in 2022 alone, using RezRecover.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

The servise is second to none. When we need help with an integration, we reach out to the CartStack team and they are a fantastic help, usually responding within minutes. Also, the software is very flexible, with the ability to integrate into virtually any booking engine.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

It is a solid product. There are some other products out there that are built in to booking engines or other types of ecommerce check out systems, but Rez Recover works really well with a plethora of booking engines.
