Our native hotel PMS doesn't not have a native cart abandonment re-capture. Cart Stack is crushing it for us I will not be surprised when someone buys them. I love the feature where CartStack calculates the potential revenue recovery over the next 12-month window. Love that there is A/B testing and the ability to create a "flow " of emails

Delightful to Work With. Their cart abandonment tool has shown time and time again that it is effective in converting site visitors to guests. Their support team is quick in responding, knowledgeable and cares about their customers understanding how to get the most out of their product.
We primarily use this program for the Cart Abandonment feature and the staff at CartStack offer huge help in creating the campaigns and the entire onboarding/launch process. The content they create is fresh, visually appealing, and communicates the best message.

The servise is second to none. When we need help with an integration, we reach out to the CartStack team and they are a fantastic help, usually responding within minutes. Also, the software is very flexible, with the ability to integrate into virtually any booking engine.

The servise is second to none. When we need help with an integration, we reach out to the CartStack team and they are a fantastic help, usually responding within minutes. Also, the software is very flexible, with the ability to integrate into virtually any booking engine.
The detailed data that we can pull allows us to customize the product to our clients needs as well as the detailed revenue tracking that allows our clients to see who abandoned their cart, re-booked, and how much money that one transaction created for their business.
Their support team is quick in responding, knowledgeable and cares about their customers understanding how to get the most out of their product. It would be great to have heat mapping on the email campaigns as well as the ability to drag and drop the campaigns into a new order.
What I like the most is that we use CartStack for many of our clients and have seen a high ROI with all.
The dashboard and menus within the program are easy to use. Quick steps to get to reports, billing, etc. There are so many stats that do all the analyzing for us.
I also love that their staff is super responsive. They respond to your email within a day if not sooner.

It is a solid product. There are some other products out there that are built in to booking engines or other types of ecommerce check out systems, but Rez Recover works really well with a plethora of booking engines.

It's an incredible product for encouraging potential clients to come back and book with you direct. It will also allow you to see the details on who came back, how much was spent and more! It's a wonderful way to track the recovered business from this product.
