The email design template is a little weak regarding design options, but it works, so that is fine for now. The design templates put a lot more work back on me (which no one has time for) as far as photo editing and attempting to try and make the email(s) look as good as they can. They are just a bit modified for now, which I understand, but I'd love to see these improve.

I think it might be nice to be able to get consistent feedback on who has abandoned a cart. We get emails some times, and other times when I log into cartstack I see additional email addresses that I didn't get an email about.

I am able to get visitors back to my site and recover bookings with this tool. This program gets our guests to follow through with abandonded bookings.
* That it shows how many people got far enough down the funnel, to enter their email (before abandoning). * Of these abandoned carts, online lookers who abandoned their cart will get an an email or 2 (or however many you wish to send them, I recommend no more than 2 and spaced apart a few days) to ask them if they are 'ready' to finish their check-out process to book - which I believe is customizable, but I've never changed it. * People actually use these emails to go back and finish booking. In my weekly emails, I see any 'recovered' carts and how much the customer spent. When there are recovered carts in my email, I am so happy! I realize these people were probably going to book anyway, but having this tool is great if that's not the case PLUS it's great behavioral analytics for us to see of our guest demographic.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wish it would prevent the guest from NOT abandoning their cart ;). That once they start putting in information, it would lock the screen if they don't finish and pay and they wouldn't even be able to turn off their computer if they try. That they would need to take it to the Geek Squad to try to fix and even THEY wouldn't be able to do it. They would be told, 'Sorry, I guess you are going to that hotel.' LOL! Kidding! I can't think of a thing.

We run a boutique inn on Nantucket and now that the vast majority of lodging has shifted to the luxury market the amount of competitive inventory out here has never been higher. It is so important to us to be front of mind to those prospective guests and CartStack's RezRecovery has helped our conversion rate by targeting those abandoned direct bookings. Their weekly stats report gives a very clear and concise outline of how many abandoned bookings there were, how many were recovered, the conversion rate and total recovered revenue so you can imagine how nice it is to open those emails and see that it is working and exactly how well it is working. The act of abandoning a direct booking means that the likelihood of the prospective guest seeing another place to stay or maybe thinking of a different price point or a different area or location drastically goes up the longer the cart is abandoned so anyway to curb that and bring them back to us is worth its weight in gold.

At the moment I do not have any improvements that I would recommend. It already works so well for us and we have been using it for years.

What I like the most is that we use CartStack for many of our clients and have seen a high ROI with all.
The dashboard and menus within the program are easy to use. Quick steps to get to reports, billing, etc. There are so many stats that do all the analyzing for us.
I also love that their staff is super responsive. They respond to your email within a day if not sooner.

What I like the most is that we use CartStack for many of our clients and have seen a high ROI with all. Easy to use and delivers results. We'll continue to recommend CartStack as a remarketing solution for all our clients, and experiment with many of their other tools in the near future.
CartStack has not yet had their customer support processes certified by Hotel Tech Report. We recommend referencing the GCSC rubric during your demo call to make sure that this vendor has strong processes in place to support customers.
