What do you like most?
Great support for a powerful product. Our Housekeeping operations have been transformed from a paper based admin heavy department into a sleek, mobile-first team who seamlessly get on with their day. We’ve gained huge insight into our biggest labour cost which is allowing us to make well informed business decisions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More integrations with other platforms (such as scheduling, guest concierge) would bring even more efficiency to our operation. Above property level reporting is on the way but so needed.
