What do you like most?
I like the Salesforce platform and the potential it provides. I can't wait to see where Amadeus goes with the product.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The reporting could use some work, specifically the productivity report that includes non revenue bookings. The other area is the knowledge of the team. Almost every time I call support the tech says let me check Google.
