What do you like most?
The review analysis report in RepUp's ORM system allows me to set a goal each month for our online reputation and score, and then constantly monitor quantitatively if we've reached our goals and targets that month for reputation or not. This feature helps me keep me and my team on track, and improve our service consistently.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The category classification section is not very user friendly. I also wish we had more training with the software.
