What do you like most?
In our hotel we have been using Hotel Speaker for some months now. It makes it easier to manage online reviews and surveys. I especially like how quickly we can check guest comments from different platforms in one place. It really saves us time and helps us stay on top of our reputation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes the templates for automatic replies feel too standard. It would be great to have more flexibility to customize them in different languages.
