What do you like most?
The amount of support and knowledge that comes from my representative is amazing. I have a portfolio of 15+ hotels, and sometimes 'I don't know what I don't know' as it relates to utilizing the Event Management Software and the RFP Proposal Management Software to their fullest potential. Trina Butler is super responsive, and if she can't help me, she finds the person who can.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Of course, in this economy, pricing is always at the top of the list of concerns. You get what you pay for, and I'm always directed to what I really need versus what I can get buy without when I have budgetary concerns.
