What do you like most?
It's great to be able to collate all our information into one digital space, saving paper and also meaning front office receive less calls from guests as they can request items or find answers from the SuitePad. It streamlines guest services in an effective way. During a busy event weekend, SuitePad helped us boost spa and restaurant bookings through real-time offers—guests praised how easy and modern it felt.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some features such as guests sending messages to reception needed fine-tuning but the SuitePad team have been extremely helpful, always responding to emails within 24 hours.
