What do you like most?
1.- Great answers to our guests questions (many times they are way better than a real human being would answer). 2.-24/7 guest assistance is real now for a small hotel chain. 3.- you can write to Visito AI agent in your language. 4.- It is so easy to train, it actually started training itself from our webpage, and we just tweaked the responses to match our policy 5.- Cloudbeds PMS integration 6.-WhatsApp integration, 7.- Their support team has been superb, any problems or doubts from us have been promptly addressed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
1.- wished the visito app offered full administration capabilities on iPad OS. 2.- Improve user privilege management so we can assign roles to our supervisors.
