What do you like most?
-I think the idea for the in-room iPads is super neat, especially with how customizable they are. It aids hotels with tailoring each stay to the guest, while also allowing them to cater the content to be relevant to the surrounding area. A lot of our guest use them as an aid to plan their stay, by seeing advertisements for local restaurants/shops. - I love working with the support. They are incredibly timely with their responses and ensure everything is taken care of. One of the support agents hopped on Zoom with me to ensure that I knew how to fix an issue if it ever became a problem again. Everyone at Intelity has been incredibly pleasant and helpful, and I always enjoy corresponding with them.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
-While the support agents are one of my favorite aspects, it would be nice to have the option to live chat with someone. It just seems like it would be more efficient if you just have a question and not an issue
