What do you like most?
Very good online tool for event bookings. Easy handling for the customer. Good overview, easy to understand process. Easy handling also for the user in case of changes / additions etc.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Since I can't compare it to other tools of this type, I can't say much about the improvement(s). For me a consistently good tool, without much room for improvement.
