What do you like most?
Brookstreet Hotel and the Marshes Golf Club have utilized Benbria Loop for the past few years. Loop has allowed our guests to communicate quickly and effectively with members of our team. Our meeting and event guests love the technology as we can be quick to respond to requests from multiple meeting rooms, and customers revieve an instant response to thier request from our team. This also has impact on our labour as we can dispatch all type requests to multiple departments through our guest service/reservation attendants for a quick response. No more waiting on the phone for confirmation, or for a manager to visit the room in person. Benbria Feedback tool allows us to easily customize customer touch points with a quick survey at kiosks located throughout the hotel. Another great feature is the ability to adjust questions for different outlets across our whole facility.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For our property the ability to add the suite of Benbria messaging in the form of an easily navigatable app would add to the experience.
