What do you like most?
- The Intelity solutioning team is very helpful and patient in listening to the requirements and going the extra mile to ensure the requirements being delivered are in line with expectations. - The solution has just been implemented, therefore early days to have a view of what the hotel guests think, but based upon the feedback from the Hotel Operations team they are sure the solution on the Tablets will be well received. - Having assessed a number of solutions, primary driver for going with Intelity was the ease of managing the content, integration with all our other hotel systems and matching all our functional requirements .
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- There was a churn of their Project Managers, we went through 4, however, the Intelity leadership was quick to jump in and take the lead in seeing the project through to completion.
