What do you like most?
I like that guests can check in online and that we can pass on information about accommodation and activities through the system. Through the QR code, guests can find out all the information about their stay, also that they can book directly through the system, for example, a taxi before arrival.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are satisfied with the system, the only thing that could be improved is the speed of the system and the ability to edit multiple hotels at once.
