What do you like most?
As a new hotel we use hotel Speaker to follow up both on the guest review side, as well as the communication side after the stay of the guests. The dashboard and differentiation possibilities make this an easy tool for us to improve guest satisfaction.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are still working on our dashboard to have more details and a clear overview of the specific items to be improved in the hotel.
