What do you like most?
- Easy setup with practical options - User friendly - great and efficient customer service The initial meeting with Tim, the Commercial Officer, was highly productive, and the subsequent handover to the Project Officer (Tom Russel) and Design officer (Tom Whelan) was handled seamlessly. The team provided detailed instructions to support the setup and design phases and has continued to deliver outstanding customer service. In collaboration with the Support team, they consistently demonstrate speed, efficiency, and reliability in addressing all requests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Two-way communication- Does not allow hotel team to call guest back. This can improve customer service when we urgently need to reach guests in the room.
