What do you like most?
Value for money, intuitive usability, impressive AI functions, great support, time saving regarding answering reviews, still very personalized and smart, very appealing in all points, brand identity and brand language flow in perfectly and developed constantly with assistance of AI. I am totally impressed and thrilled by the function that replies are generated over night, and it is possible to let certain reviews be automatically answered, or to adapt the prepared answer and send it manually. Compliments to the great MARA Team!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For our personal needs, Reporting could be more detailed and specialized - as I know the product is being constantly improved, I am excited to see the development
