What do you like most?
Duetto allows flexible configuration to fit all types of hotels -luxury, boutique and large corporate/group houses. We use room type pricing and sub rates, and love the Room Type Analytics report. The Blockbuster module allows for real time group, meetings and events quotes. Scoreboard made it easy for us to customize reports for analytics, strategy insight and meetings. Customer service is wonderful, they are very responsive and have asked for feedback during product development stage.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great to have a standardized list of suggested reports and a more robust onboarding process for new users.
