What do you like most?
Mara makes responding to guest reviews much easier by centralizing all our responses across different platforms. The AI for standard replies is also very useful, allowing us to quickly process reviews without comments. The support team is also responsive and efficient. We frequently use the analytics for month-to-month comparisons.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes the system seems overloaded and takes a very long time to load. Reviews that have already been answered still show as pending and take a few hours to be marked as completed.
