What do you like most?
It's very simple to use and very intuitive. It's connected to our PMS, which allows us to always be connected to guest information.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The tracking of scheduled messages. We would like to be able to know how many people received the message. And to know, while we're preparing it, how many people will be reached (to know if we're targeting our guests correctly).
