What do you like most?
Customer service was quick to assist in resolving issues, and many things could be done in one go through SiteMinder, such as modifying inventory and prices in bulk. Customer service representative Ravi was very efficient!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Insight's rate parity function should be more accurate. Currently, after several recalculations, there are often missing amounts, even though they are being sold normally through various channels.
