What do you like most?
We would like to highly recommend Duve Their service with our hotels has been excellent professional, responsive, and always supportive. The Webby online check-in system is used daily by our hotels and is strongly recommended to guests in advance. It helps reduce the workload at the front desk and significantly eases the pressure during busy check-in hours. The system also allows guests to purchase upsell services before arriving at the hotel, which improves the guest experience and increases convenience. In addition, the personal communication with the guests is outstanding. The team provides direct assistance, responds quickly, and offers a very high level of service. It is clear that this solution has become an important and effective operational tool for our hotels. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great to receive more updates about new features and improvements. we are very pleased with the service.
