What do you like most?
Flexkeeping has been a game-changer for our 100-room property. The housekeeping module allows us to effortlessly assign and schedule rooms to clean, which has significantly boosted our team's efficiency. We also rely heavily on the hotel maintenance software; being able to track every work order and ticket helps us maintain our assets and prevent downtime. The staff collaboration tools are equally impressive—the ability to collaborate via comments really helps streamline communication, manage guest requests, and ensure every task is completed on time. Of note though was the support and guidance we received from the team at Flexkeeping who are truly invested in us getting the most out of this investment.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While the daily operational tools are fantastic, I think the reporting functions could be slightly more customizable to help us dive deeper into long-term trends. Additionally, continuing to refine the interface to be even more intuitive would help new staff streamline their onboarding process.
