Reputation Management
What do you like most?
I like the fact that I can use AskTrustYou to help me synthesize a report of all existing problems from our guest review and to manage our hotel reputation easily. It also collect reviews from all of the review sites into one, making it easier to keep tracks of all our reviews.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would love to see that TrustYou will include a feature to auto-translation of foreign language reviews, this would be of much better help.
